Marlow Development Company will build you a new home on one of our Lots, from $165,000 to $185,000. If you already have a Lot we can build a home to your specifications or you can choose a home from our other projects.
STYLES:
We have several styles to choose from: Ranch, Split Level or Colonial. All homes have three bedrooms, two baths, attached garage, basement, 1400 square feet or more depending on the syle you choose.
PURCHASING:
These homes are available with your own financing or Marlow Development will consider building for you to 1. Rent ($1,400 -$1,700) with an option to buy, 2. A Land Contract with 10% down, or 3. We can take your home in trade!
